RSC Box
Regular Slotted Carton (RSC) is the most commonly used and practical carton box. The RSC box is a full carton box that has top and bottom flaps that meet in the centre. It offers a highly efficient way to ship almost any product with very little manufacturing waste and is commonly used to pack products that require added protection, stacking and shipment.
Die-Cut Carton Box
If you need customised carton box that will suit your unique packaging need, die-cut boxes are a great solution to complex packaging problems that a standard simple style of regular slotted carton box can't solve. If you have a special product that demands a special packaging need, then come to us for a solution.
Offset-Printed Box
Offset-printed box employs the process of high definition graphic printing resulting in high-resolution, sharp images with a smooth finish. These boxes are most often used for retail packaging or POP (Point of Purchase) display. They can be produced in various attractive designs, sizes and shapes in collaboration with client's exact requirements.
Corrugated Partition Pads / Layer Pads
Partition or layer pad (added within the box) helps to segregate the packed product from the rest of its contents and is used as product cushion or protector for stabilization. At UPI, we manufacture corrugated partition/layer pads of all shapes and sizes depending on the needs of the customer. We can pack the partitions or layer pads into the carton if required.
Corrugated Boards
A corrugated board refers to corrugated medium bonded onto a layer of liner board on the top and bottom face. Usually considered as semi-finished products, these boards are mainly purchased by box manufacturers/ converters that do not have their own corrugating line facilities. At UPI, we are able to manufacture specific sizes and scores according to request.
Manufacture & Design of Pallets

Heavy Duty Corrugated Products
Specially developed for heavy-duty packaging application, heavy duty corrugated products are made of corrugated boards of high grammage paper. These products are often used to replace wooden crates and plastic containers. They are environmentally friendly, recyclable and easily disposable.
